| | | | The band has set up The Metallica Club for this very reason. They want to keep fans connected and this is a way that they are able to communicate with you guys. Fan Club members get the opportunity to ask questions, send in letters that may get published on the web or in fan club magazine So What! You can go to the So What! section of the website and submit to the departments, or you can write to the band at the club address, or email info@metclub.com. |

| | | | Between January and June of 2000, 3 levels of memberships were offered; Platinum, Gold, and Standard. The Platinum Membership cost was $ 50.00 and members were promised more "perks" than all the other members. However, Platinum and Gold members ended up receiving the same benefits and therefore, as a bonus to all Platinum Members, a special Platinum Gift was created and distributed to those fans who signed up as Platinum members during the brief time that level was offered. The Standard and Platinum memberships and gift are NO LONGER AVAILABLE. We have since changed our membership levels to Premier, and Premier Plus. |

| | | | As the mighty Metallica machine ploughs across the globe, bringing fans their own brand of ear-splitting metal, Metallica Club members can always be found hanging in the best seats of every stadium, arena or club. Exclusively through the club, members are given the opportunity to purchase tickets to virtually every show on the tour's itinerary. Keep watching the site and your e-mail for more details as dates are announced. |
| | | | |
| | | | As only a limited number of seats are available for our club members, this will vary. It is generally 2 or 4 tickets per member, but we will notify members as to the number of tickets that are available for them to purchase when the ticket sale dates are announced. |
| | | | |
| | | | The club gives members a chance to be a part of every fan's dream - the Meet & Greet. This is a chance for Club Members to meet members of the band backstage! To keep this opportunity fair to all members, the club conducts an on-line lottery. Please see the main news page for complete details. Unfortunately we cannot take all members backstage. |
| | | | |
| | | | Yes, just go to the Met Store and purchase the back issues of your choice. Please keep in mind that not all back issues of "So What!" are available. Issues that are sold out are available in PDF format in the So What! archives section. |
| | | | |
| | | | Yes! We encourage your submissions, so go over to the So What! section and submit your entries. Although we cannot guarantee that your letter will be published, your questions answered, etc., we try our hardest. You may send your entries to our P.O. box or submit them online via the So What! section of the MetClub site. |
| | | | |
| | | | So What! Magazine is published approximately every three months. Rest assured that you will always receive 4 magazines during your membership year, although they are not always evenly spaced throughout the year. |
| | | | |
| | | | The magazines are sent out either bulk mail or first class depending upon the level of membership you signed up for. Bulk mail has been known to take up to 10 weeks for delivery and your magazine is delivered in a paper wrapper. The PLUS membership levels give you the option to receive your magazine in an envelope and be mailed first class - delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to the magazines after they leave our hands and enter the postal system. |
